Shiping at TCG Cards Flow

Shipping is processed once per week, typically on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship to both Canada and US with full tracking and the time will be 3-8 business days.

If you require flexible shipping, you may select the "Hold Order" option:

  • Your order will be temporarily held, allowing you to add additional items later.

  • Once you're ready, all items will be shipped together.

  • Once the shipping fee is paid, all your held orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

  • Hold Order is valid for up to 180 days.

  • A "Shipping" product under One Piece is provided for the convenience of free pack winners to claim their cards.


Returns Policy at TCG Cards Flow

At TCG Cards Flow, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet expectations. To ensure clarity, we accept returns on most products under the following conditions:


Return Eligibility

  • Sealed Products Only: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned due to the nature of our products and to maintain their integrity.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact us at info@tcgcardsflow.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued for the purchase price.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item being sent.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
